Questions

Will it post replies without me seeing them?
Only if you want it to. In Approval Queue every reply waits for one tap. In Auto-Pilot, 4 and 5-star replies post straight away, and 1 to 3-star replies still wait for you unless you switch that off.
What happens with a review about a safety problem?
Anything mentioning sparks, burning smells, shocks, tripping, damage, no-shows or legal threats triggers an owner alert straight away, with a calm draft that invites the customer to ring you. It never admits fault in public.
Does it work with Checkatrade, MyBuilder or Trustpilot?
Yes. Paste the review in, or upload a screenshot from your phone, and you get a reply to copy back into that site. Google is the one site where replies can be posted for you automatically.
Is there a contract?
No. It's £25 a month and you can cancel any time.
